PushCorrier ("we", "our", "us") is a logistics technology platform operated by PushCorrier Pvt. Ltd., registered in India. We connect businesses and individuals with courier delivery services.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, email address, phone number, and business details provided during registration.
• Order data: pickup and delivery addresses, package details, and delivery instructions.
• Payment data: billing details processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store card numbers.
• Usage data: browser type, IP address, pages visited, and interaction logs collected automatically.
• Communications: messages sent via WhatsApp, email, or our support channels.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfil delivery orders.
• To send real-time tracking updates and notifications.
• To improve our platform, services, and customer experience.
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations in India.
• To send promotional communications (you may opt out at any time).

• Delivery partners and riders to fulfil your orders.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Order records are retained for a minimum of 3 years as required by GST regulations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PushCorrier's platform, website, or WhatsApp service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services

PushCorrier provides a technology platform that facilitates logistics and courier services. We act as an intermediary between you and our network of delivery partners. We do not directly handle parcels unless explicitly stated.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate pickup, delivery, and contact information.
• You are responsible for proper packaging of all shipments.
• You must not ship prohibited items including contraband, hazardous materials, perishables without declaration, or items prohibited under Indian law.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform.

4. Pricing & Payments

Delivery charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, distance, and service type. Prices are displayed before order confirmation. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is applicable as per government regulations. COD (Cash on Delivery) fees may apply.

5. Liability & Claims

PushCorrier's maximum liability for any lost or damaged shipment is limited to ₹5,000 or the declared value of the parcel, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance is purchased. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled before a rider is assigned at no charge.
• After rider assignment, a cancellation fee of ₹50 applies.
• Refunds for valid claims are processed within 7–10 business days.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control including traffic, weather, strikes, or force majeure events. Estimated delivery times are indicative only.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform for fraudulent orders, chargeback abuse, spamming, reverse-engineering our systems, or any activity that violates applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the PushCorrier platform are the exclusive property of PushCorrier Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
